Placing an Order
NOTE: We don't have a Shopping Cart purchasing system because 99% of all our business is from folks with questions about what may be the best equipment options for them, and we want to ensure that the products you purchase meet your needs. We are usually able to respond to most inquiries within 24 hours.

Order Process
1. E-Mail
Please contact us to begin a conversation. Tell us what you need - and don't forget to provide your contact information!
2. Conversation
Next, talk with us so we can ensure you order the exact right product. The more information you provide, the better.
3. Agreement
Finalize order details including lamp type and quantity.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods listed below.
5. Production
We then build the lamps you ordered, to your exact specifications.
6. Testing and Packing
We test each lamp and carefully pack it for transit.
7. Shipment
The lamp is them shipped to your home or business.
8. Receiving
Order is delivered to your location.
9. Order Complete
That's it! Enjoy your new WTC UV lamp kit.
Payment Information
For domestic orders, PayPal is our preferred method of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will send a PayPal Money Request to your email address for the total amount of your order. The email will have a link to a secure checkout page where you can enter your payment information. We also accept major credit cards including Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Discover card.
For international buyers, we accept PayPal or Postal Money Orders.
Shipping Information
All domestic orders are shipped through UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
